Sassio Services
Services offered by Sassio are all governed by the Sassio Terms and Conditions. Any additional terms and conditions relating to particular services provided by Sassio will be clearly outlined within the Sassio Terms & Conditions.
Service specific terms & Conditions
These are Sassio services that may be provided at any given time to Sassio members. New Sassio services may be added, existing services withdrawn and or amended at the discretion of the company. These Terms & Conditions will reflect any such amendments and members will be notified accordingly in a manner chosen by the company but at minimum via the Sassio web and or wap site. It is the members’ responsibility to ensure that they review information that is posted on the Sassio web and or wap site relating to Sassio services.
General
These are the Terms and Conditions, (the "Agreement") governing the use of the service ("Sassio"). They set out the rights and obligations of all users in relation to the service.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. It is very important that you understand that by using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for as long as you use the service. If you do not agree with anything in the Terms and Conditions, or any additional policies relating to the service, please do not use the service. We reserve the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at our discretion, effective upon posting updated Terms and Conditions on the Website or by making the information public in an acceptably accessible manner. Your use of the service after such posting will constitute acceptance by you of such changes. It is your responsibility to make yourself aware of any such amendments.

"user ""membership" "members" subscribed users of Sassio from whom Sassio has received their subscription charge for that period, which is €4 per week.

Eligibility & Signup. You must be an owner of or have permission to use an Irish mobile phone with available mobile phone credit to use the service. By using the website and or the service, you warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of its Terms and Conditions. You agree that the information that you provide when registering with the service is correct and accurate and that the information that you are providing is your personal information and not another persons. You also agree that if your information changes at any time you will contact Sassio and notify of same, providing updated information.
2.
Conduct and Content. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel user accounts and user activity of the service, without notice or reason, with immediate effect. You are solely responsible for the content of the text messages that you may send using the service and for any other information that you may present or deliver using the service. We also reserve the right at any time to block Members from certain IP addresses from accessing the website. You should be aware that it is illegal to send abusive or otherwise harmful messages and that Sassio will always assist law enforcement agencies in the case of illegal activity. Any attempt to abuse the service by using improper actions is forbidden. Causing disruption to the service or other users may lead to criminal prosecution.
You agree to abide by all of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement and you will use the service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Membership to the service may not be assigned, licensed or transferred to any third party and you shall not authorise others to use your membership. We have no knowledge of any infringement of copyright on our website, wapsite or in the service. However, if you believe we have infringed on your rights, please contact us so we can remove the offending material or rectify the situation as soon as possible.

Responsibility. Users of the service are solely responsible for their interactions between each other and between them and Sassio services. Sassio does not carry out background checks on any users in order to verify personal information. In no event shall Sassio be held responsible or liable for damages of any nature arising from or relating to the use of the service or the behavior of other users or members.
4.
Privacy and Data Protection. In accordance with our Privacy Policy and your compliance with the Terms and Conditions of the service, all personal information relating to members shall only be used for the purpose for which it was collected or as is required by the law of the jurisdiction. Your use of the service indicates that you accept the Privacy Policy. We may use your registration information to forward you information regarding new services. You understand and confirm by your registration that we cannot guarantee security or privacy of any information that you provide through the Internet or any other means of communication associated with the service. In respect to the information, we endeavor to comply with applicable data protection and privacy acts and have procedures to ensure continued successful compliance.

Membership. You may become a member of the service if you possess an Irish mobile phone to which you have the authority to use. The mobile phone must have sufficient credit to allow the service to automatically bill the mobile phone the necessary charge per period as set out at any given time whilst the user is a member of the service. being a member will allow you to use any of the available services.
To become a member of the service you must register with Sassio via any available means and provide the necessary information. Unregistered users cannot use the service. You may unsubscribe from the service at any time and for any reason by texting stop to 50300, by following the instructions outlined on the website and wapsite, by writing to Sassio, PO Box 7761, Blackrock, County Dublin or by emailing info@sassio.com
6.
Charges. This is a subscription service and is charged at €4 every week. Any additional costs that may be required to avail of additional services will be clearly displayed and relayed in advance to members.
7.
Proprietary Rights. The company owns and retains all proprietary rights on the website, wapsite and in the service. The website and wapsite contains copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of Sassio. Except for information which is in the public domain or for which you have been given written permission, you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information.
8.
Service Performance and Links. The service is available at all times of the day and on all days in a year. The Company reserves the right to terminate the service at any given time and without notice. The Company will not be held liable if the service or the website or wapsite becomes temporarily unavailable for any period of time. Sassio.com or associated websites may from time to time become linked to other websites that are not the responsibility of the Company. The inclusion of any link to or from such websites does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by us of said websites and we disclaim any warranty (expressed, implied or otherwise howsoever arising) about the content and operation of these websites. You further acknowledge and understand that Sassio shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of, or reliance upon, any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.
9.
Customer Service. Sassio provides professional assistance through dedicated customer care representatives. When communicating with our representatives, you may not be abusive or obscene, offensive, sexist, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or partake in inappropriate behaviour. At our sole discretion we reserve the right to immediately terminate your membership and you will not be entitled to any refund of unused fees or any refund of charges. All communication with customer service is private and confidential and you agree not to disclose such communications to any third party under any circumstances without prior permission from the Company.
10.
Limitation on Liability. In no event will the Company be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, personal, special or punitive damages, including lost profits arising from your use of the service, even where we have been notified by you of the possibility of such loss or damage or that such loss was reasonably foreseeable.
11.
Indemnity. You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, agents and all other members against any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including legal fees and expenses) relating to or arising out of your use of the service or this Agreement.
12.
Intellectual Property. All intellectual property and information throughout the service is ours or is licensed to us and you shall not copy these without our permission.
13.
Severability. If any court of competent jurisdiction holds any provision of these Terms invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect so as to leave the validity or the other provisions of these Terms intact.
14.
Interpretation and Construction. In these Terms unless the context otherwise requires;
(a) words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa,
(b) a reference to a law includes a reference to that law as amended, consolidated or replaced, (c) headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms
(d) the section titles contained in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect, and
(e) unless the context otherwise requires references to us include our parent company, all associated and subsidiary companies, permitted successors and assigns.
15.
Arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, or the legal relationships established by these Terms and Conditions, will be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Rules of the Irish Court of International Arbitration, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause.
16.
Force Majeure. We shall not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any of our obligations in relation to the service if the delay or failure is due to any cause beyond our reasonable control.
17.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction. These Terms and Conditions are subject to Irish law and you hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts (except any principle of conflict of laws inconsistent with this requirement). This service may be accessed throughout Ireland and overseas. We make no representation that the content of this service complies with the laws (including intellectual property laws) of any country outside Ireland. If you access this service from outside Ireland, you do so under your own responsibility and are responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws in the place where you are located.

Disclaimers. The Company is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the website, wapsite, in the public domain or used in connection with the service, whether caused by users or by any of the equipment or software associated with or used in the service.
The Company is not responsible for the conduct, online or offline, of any user of the service.
We do not assume responsibility for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of user communications.
The Company is not responsible for any problems that may arise relating to telephone networks, computer systems or providers, as a result of technical problems, including injury or damage to users or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or using the service.
We will not, nor will any of our affiliates, advertisers, promoters or partners be responsible for loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from any person’s use of the service, any content transmitted to members, or any interactions between users of the service whether online or offline. The website and wapsite are provided "as is" and "as available" and save as provided by law we make no warranty that they will meet your requirements nor that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free or that the results obtained from use of them will be accurate or reliable.

Any decision that members make to communicate with others by using the service is entirely their own responsibility.
